Hossegor is well known as a seaside resort and surfing center, one of the best surfing beaches in the world. Situated in Landes within Aquitaine in France its hub centers around surfing from its economy to its nightlife.
Get your own surfing boards if you don’t want to pay too much for them. The tide, can vary by up to 20 feet between high and low tide. Don’t be disappointed with some flat spells.Camping du Lac and Municipal la Foret are two options for camping. Otherwise hotels abound.
