Location of Bridge: The Gouritz River Bridge (between Mossel Bay and Albertinia, about 350km along the N2 from Cape Town
When to go: 09:00am to 18:00pm (Week days), 08:00am to sunset (holidays and weekends). All year round if of course the weather permits.

Who can go for it -91 year old man to a 5 year old kid. Complete safety since you start with a very secure body harness with ropes attaching you to the opposite bridge. Then you take the giant first step off the platform, getting a fell of thin air. After the spine chilling 50m free fall where you reach speeds of up to 120 km/h you break into a glorious pendulum swing and then get onto solid ground.
It’s a different experience from bungi jumping since it uses ropes and the position is always upright.
