You favorite internet search giant goggle is entering into space whole heartedly. After an agreement with NASA, 3-D satellite maps of the moon and Mars will be just a click away.

These maps will keep you totally up to date not with state boundaries but real time in space. According to National Aeronautics and Space Administration, NASA these maps will eventually include real-time weather visualisation and forecasting, as well as real-time tracking of the International Space Station. Weather visualization and forecasting data, will become child’s play.

NASA administrator Michael Griffin said:

This agreement between NASA and Google will soon allow every American to experience a virtual flight over the surface of the moon or through the canyons of Mars, This innovative combination of information technology and space science will make NASA’s space exploration work accessible to everyone.

Basic maps of Google Mars and Google Moon are already there.

In September of last year, Google and NASA signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on solving technical problems. That agreement also called for Google to develop up to 1 million square feet within the NASA Research Park at Moffett Field.

Google with NASA is going to make knowledge of space easily accessible and comprehensible for everybody. Yet again NASA has come forward to provide more information to the public.
