Well, here I am going to tell you about a diamond mine for which one has to dig out 525 meters deep.This mammoth Mirny diamond mine is located in Eastern Siberia near the town Mirna, Russia. 
It’s 1.25km diameter and 1600 feet depth makes it the world’s biggest open cast diamond mine. Discovered by Soviet geologists on June 13, 1955, the mine produce about 2-million carat per year. But hey, if you are planning to enter in the mine please don’t forget your heavy woolens as the mine temperature ranges from -50F to -70F. It’s also quite noteworthy that Siberia is the world’s coldest region on the earth.
